login links don't work on checkout "shipping" page

Description
There are two login links on the shipping-form page:
- top right corner (note that the "logout" link, when user is logged in, does work)
- under the user/pass entry form
There does not seem to be a URL for these to use. Neither /login nor /checkout/login works. Probably /login would be appropriate.
When found, the correct URL should be returned by GetWebPath_forLoginPage().
