I foolishly started rewriting the process so that order-import would be done by the admin, but then I found all this code for handling the conversion, and ended up using that just to get things working... but I'd already changed the confirmation page to use the cart data. There's probably code to display it from the order data instead -- just need to find that and change things so that's what it used (again).

This situation may never be a problem, but it just seems like a good idea to show the customer the same data we'll be looking at when we fill the order. (The cart data will always be available, but there'd normally be no reason to check it for discrepancies.)
