Bug #133

The problematic aspects of this are too numerous to list thoroughly, but here are a couple (possibly these should be filed as separate issues):

h2. Facial appearance not very adjustable

Facial appearance is very important for social signalling, and yet much of it is determined by irreversible changes that take place during childhood and adolescence:
* skeletal structure
* presence of facial hair

These cause problems especially for individuals with gender dysphoria.

h2. Overall body mass (vs. frame size) is often extremely difficult to adjust

Some individuals find that their food-intake sensors are miscalibrated to demand more intake than is actually necessary for their overall frame size, necessary, leading to excess body mass which is uncomfortable, may be unhealthy, and is (unfortunately) regarded by many as unaesthetic. Correcting this imbalance may be essentially impossible or extremely difficult, depending on individual circumstances.
