session daily totals are... confusing

Description

The totals here are completely wrong, and I can't even tell what they might be derived from.

CORRECTION: They're (probably) not wrong; it's just confusing because the totals are shown by day, but the running totals are across all sessions.

We probably should have running balances for daily totals too (maybe monthly and yearly?). User should probably be able to select which subtotals they want to see, to reduce unwanted clutter.
